Frequently Asked Questions

We understand trucking is a fast paced business and we want to make sure you get a good review of our software. This is why we give you a 60 day evaluation free trial period. No credit card required. We will notify you before your end of the trial so you can subscribe to any of our plans.

We do the initial setup for you. Upon receiving your initial basic registration form, it takes 1-3 days for the setup. We will email you admin credentials and a url when it's ready.

MyTruckingTMS does not offer a refund for our services. We provide a monthly subscription, meaning you can cancel your membership with us at any time and you will have continued service to the last day of the current month after your cancellation is received.

Yes! We can help with creating a website or linking your tms to your site. Additional one-time fees for websites apply. For more information, email using the contact info at the end of this page.

After your trial period, you can let us know if you would like to start from scratch and remove all testing / evaluating data.

Your first month will be billed upon signing up to one of our plans and all users created.
